If you are a motivational leader, with a strong track record of finance system implementations and have recently worked with Unit 4/Agresso – then this is the role for you! My client is seeking an experienced Finance Systems Manager to join on a maternity cover.
In this pivotal role, you will oversee the migration of our finance systems to the Unit 4 cloud platform, as well as the implementation of other financial tools.
Key responsibilities:- Lead the Unit 4 cloud migration project, working closely with IT stakeholders to ensure a successful transition
- Manage the implementation of Unit 4's FP&A tools, optimising the new functionality for our finance team
- Oversee a team of 4 finance systems specialists, providing strong people management and mentorship
- Serve as the key finance systems expert, liaising with stakeholders across the organization
- Drive continuous improvement of our finance systems and processes
- Extensive experience leading finance systems implementations, ideally with Unit 4 products
- A track record of successful people management, developing high-performing teams
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to influence and collaborate cross-functionally
- Strong change management expertise to guide the organization through major system changes
- A finance background, with a relevant professional qualification desirable
