Our client, a leading US law firm, is seeking a Private Funds Associate (1+ PQE) to join its high-performing team in London. The firm advises a broad range of asset managers and sponsors on complex private funds matters and offers the opportunity to work on high-value mandates across multiple asset classes.
The Role
You will advise on the structuring, formation, fundraising, and operation of private investment funds, co-investment vehicles, and segregated mandates. The role involves supporting sponsors and managers across asset classes including credit, private equity, infrastructure, real estate, and venture capital.
Requirements
- Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 1+ years’ PQE gained in a top-tier funds practice in London.
- Strong experience advising on fund formation, structuring, and fundraising.
- Exposure to a range of asset classes preferred.
- Excellent technical ability, with strong drafting and negotiation skills.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Well-organised and capable of managing multiple matters.
