With solid backing ($4.5M in seed funding and gearing up for a Series A round), they’re on a fast track for growth and are now expanding their platform to offer adaptive learning across all devices.
The Role
We are looking for a Head of Product to drive innovation, exploring how AI and adaptive learning can transform knowledge assessment and training development. This role will shape our product vision, focusing on creating personalized learning journeys that enhance safety readiness and engagement for frontline workers in high-risk industries. You’ll report directly to the Founder and need a hands-on, scrappy mindset since they’re still in the Seed stage. You'll balance getting things done with a focus on maturing processes and helping to level up the company internally, all while thinking strategically.
Responsibilities
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Drive alignment across product, engineering, design, and other departments to ensure seamless execution of product strategy, fostering a culture of collaboration and shared accountability.
- Prioritize Features: Work closely with leadership to identify and prioritize product features that align with their mission of revolutionizing the learning experience.
- AI & Adaptive Learning: Explore and implement AI-driven solutions that personalize training, making learning experiences more adaptive and effective for use.
- User Advocacy: Champion the user experience by ensuring product features effectively address the needs, challenges, and pain points of a diverse client base.

- Shipped EdTech/adaptive learning/SaaS products as a product leader.
- Still able to execute at a high level.
- Seed or Series A experience is a must.
- Built and launched 0→1 products.
