We’re expanding our Non-Financial Risk team and looking for experienced Director level consultants who are ready to drive change in the financial services industry! As a Non-Financial Risk Managing Principal / Director, you’ll be a strategic technology advisor and hands-on architect, working with major insurers to design, lead, and deliver end-to-end solutions. From shaping roadmaps to driving large-scale implementations, you’ll have a direct impact on outcomes for our clients and their customers. What You’ll Do

  • Drive a variety of programmes within major Financial Institutions.
  • Bring a clear understanding of the Operational Risk landscape to your role and work closely with stakeholders to drive good practice through risk transformation, advisory and implementation.
  • Deliver clear and concise Client requirements and manage Client relationships to achieve outcomes.
  • Define and document business and risk processes and controls, assess risk frameworks, make and present recommendations to senior stakeholders and ensure regulatory compliance through the use of sound risk management tools and techniques.
  • Act as an ambassador for Capco and help drive the continued growth of our Risk Practice by identifying future opportunities to expand our Risk footprint across the industry.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in Enterprise Risk Management or Operational Risk, ideally within Financial Services.
  • A clear understanding of key risk regulations and regulatory trends within Financial Services.
  • A good understanding of the concept of end-to-end process and the ability to document and analyse processes and controls, identify weaknesses and propose enhancements.
  • Lead teams, people management, building teams of consultants to support client opportunities and projected growth.
  • Solution development, showing a clear ability as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to enhance existing propositions and develop new ones.
  • Develop and convert a pipeline of opportunities.
  • Fulfil a key role in account and proposition development within Market Domains and Key Client Accounts, assisting senior management to increase revenue.
  • Formulate propositions and solutions that meet client requirements in addition to managing and directing pursuit activity.
  • Strong bid management abilities, with a proven ability to mentor and train Consultants.
  • Drive thought leadership and client campaigns.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships within the sector, leveraging proven industry content and delivery capability.

  • Risk and control testing, assurance or remediation experience.
  • Ability to draft and review risk and associated policies and procedures.
