We are currently seeking a talented Site Manager to join the team to work on a £25m refurb to a single dwelling in St James's, London. Responsibilities:- Take charge of all on-site activities, ensuring the smooth execution of projects in Super Prime London residential properties.
- Coordinate and manage a team of skilled tradespeople, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure exceptional workmanship and seamless workflow.
- Implement and enforce strict adherence to project plans, timelines, and specifications to meet the highest quality standards.
