A great opportunity to join a high growth retail media business selling into FMCG brands. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious sales professional to help drive new client relationships, achieve sales targets, and grow business in a dynamic, remote role.

Salary: 50-55k base, with 18-35k OTE (uncapped).

Role:

As a key member of the sales team, you'll build and nurture relationships with UK FMCG brand & shopper marketing budget holders, positioning yourself as a strategic partner. You'll manage the full sales cycle and collaborate with the Customer Success team to deliver and grow client opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive year-on-year sales growth across a portfolio of FMCG clients.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle: generate leads, close deals, manage relationships, and drive campaign success.
  • Win new business and develop existing client relationships.
  • Become a strategic, authoritative voice on FMCG digital media.
  • Be a proactive, collaborative team player.
Skills & Experience:
  • 3+ years in a client-facing sales role, preferably within FMCG.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales growth and managing relationships.
  • Positive, ambitious, resilient, and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Strong problem-solving, organisational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable with data and analytics.
