The predicted salary is between 36000 - 52000 £ per year.

Location: Manchester city centre, hybrid flexible working (covering North West)

Salary: £45,000-£65,000 (inclusive of car allowance) + generous annual leave policy + competitive bonus

Flexible to consider MRICS Building Surveyors of all levels (Senior looking for a progressive step, salary reflective of this).

They are looking for an MRICS qualified Building Surveyor, to provide expert guidance across a variety of building surveying disciplines. Collaborating with the wider team to work with clients to grasp their needs and guarantee timely, high-quality delivery, contributing to individual and team revenue. This highly successful team undertake a range of projects; multi million £ prime city centre commercial offices, high rise mixed use residential, leisure and retail, large scale industrial for various landlords and occupiers. As well as strengthening knowledge and client relationships you will be expected to contribute to the supportive environment the business has built its success on by assisting junior and senior colleagues.
