We’re looking for a Senior Web Designer to lead design on high-impact projects—someone who can own the creative process, work closely with devs, and design sites that are clean, modern, and conversion-focused. We don’t do bloated, months-long design sprints. Our model is iterative and fast-paced —clients send in design requests through our unlimited plan, and we ship work daily or every few days, depending on scope. It’s flexible, collaborative, and built for momentum.
What you’ll do:
- Lead website design projects from concept to final UI
- Handle multiple client requests as part of our unlimited design model
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand goals and translate them into smart, simple design
- Deliver high-fidelity designs and systems in Figma
- Work closely with Webflow devs to ensure smooth handoff and pixel-perfect builds
- Occasionally support on brand and visual direction when needed
Must-haves:
- 4+ years of web/UI design experience (agency or in-house)
- A portfolio of clean, modern websites—ideally B2B/SaaS or tech-focused
- Expert in Figma with strong understanding of layout, hierarchy, and typography
- Understands how to design with dev in mind (CMS structures, responsiveness, feasibility)
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience with motion/interaction design
- Familiar with Webflow and how design translates into it
- Background in branding or creative direction
