We are looking for an Account Executive to support our Brown Goods category (TV, Laser TV, Soundbar), ideal for someone looking to develop their career in sales and account management within a fast-paced environment. The Account Executive will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operations and strong partnerships with key and national accounts while also directly manage assigned accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, attending regular face-to-face meetings to strengthen relationships and ensure client needs are met.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with key account stakeholders to maximize sales potential and drive revenue growth.
  • Support the execution of promotions, marketing initiatives, and product training, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Monitor stock levels and contribute to sales forecasts to assist with stock planning.
  • Analyse account performance, identifying sales trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Assist Account Managers with order processing and claims management, ensuring smooth operations for assigned accounts.
  • Maintain and update sales performance reports and key account metrics, providing insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Liaise with internal teams (logistics, marketing, finance) to ensure seamless execution of sales activities.
  • Prepare presentations and sales materials to support client meetings and business discussions.
  • Resolve customer queries and operational challenges efficiently, ensuring excellent account service.
  • Other ad hoc tasks where required.

  • Full UK Driving Licence, or plan to get a driving license within 2025.
