Salary details: Bucks Pay Range 4 - actual salary £25,794 - £27,691 (equivalent to £30,361 - £32,594 for full time)

About us

The Kingsbrook School is a new school that will grow year on year and has an SEMH ARC provision. The Intervention Lead Communication and Interaction (Mainstream) will lead and co-ordinate a range of interventions to support students who have communication and interaction needs in our mainstream provision. The role will involve training and leading other assistant teachers and leading small-group, project-based learning.

About you

This is a crucial appointment for the school. The right candidate must have a strong presence as well as excellent behaviour management techniques and the ability to build effective relationships with students with SEND needs. You must be committed to student progress and be able to inspire those individuals.
