Are you a seasoned tax professional with a passion for helping clients navigate complex tax regulations and optimise their financial strategies? We are currently seeking a permanent Senior Tax Accountant to join their growing team of experts. In this role you will provide quality service to a wide range of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, businesses, and entities, ensuring compliance with local and federal tax laws.
  • Provide expert advice on tax planning, tax optimisation, and legislative changes.
  • Take ownership of the tax return portfolio and submit to HMRC.
  • Review and prepare tax returns, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Oversee a team of junior tax professionals, providing mentorship and training.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as their trusted advisor.
  • Stay up to date with current tax laws and industry developments to provide proactive solutions.
  • Handle complex tax issues, including international tax, mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring.
  • Bill own allocation of clients once compliant.

What We’re Looking For:

  • ACA, ACCA, CTA, or similar professional qualification.
  • At least 4 - 5 years of tax experience in a senior role.
  • Strong knowledge of personal tax legislation and practical tax planning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • A proactive, professional, detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • Proven experience leading and mentoring employees.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with ease.
