ProcureOne are currently partnering a global organisation to help them recruit a Senior Procurement Analyst on an interim basis. Your role will include:

  • Support the planning and implementation of procurement strategies across the company globally.
  • Build robust stakeholder relationships and support the sourcing of goods and services to meet strategic business objectives (RFI and RFP’s).
  • Manage vendor performance, including quality, control and governance throughout the contracting lifecycle.
  • Support the Procurement Operations teams driving objectives across processes, systems, sustainability and ethics.
  • Monitor and analyse trends in overall third party spend in order to make recommendations for the future, and to identify areas for possible savings or operational improvement.
  • Develop, establish, implement, and carry out supplier guidelines, obligations, and service level agreements.
  • Assist with the development and delivery of purchasing reports, requirements documentation, and tender documents.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms and conditions of sale, and warranties of goods and products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key team members and ensure regular communication and reporting as appropriate.
  • Effectively communicate procurement strategies to team members and partners in a timely and clear way.

Suitable applicants will have strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. You will have a pragmatic approach and be able to influence a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
