Hutcheon Mearns are delighted to partner with our key client in their hiring of a highly motivated Financial Analyst to join their dynamic Group Commission & Bonus team based in Glasgow. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a collaborative finance environment where your analytical skills and attention to detail will help drive operational excellence in commission and bonus processing across the business.
What You’ll Do:
- Supporting the smooth delivery of all commission and bonus calculations and payments
- Facilitating automated commission schemes within Xactly Incent, including target setting
- Managing non-automated schemes, target setting, and calculations
- Validating and processing manual claims, performing adjustments as needed
- Conducting modelling and scenario testing for new and evolving incentive schemes
- Presenting results of quarterly Bonus & Commission awards to senior Finance and Sales stakeholders
- Collaborating with the wider team to resolve complex queries regarding schemes, processes and payments
- Ensuring SLAs are met and driving timely achievement of financial targets
- Working across Operations and Finance teams to improve the end-to-end data flow through systems such as Mercury, D365/SAP and Xactly
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging tools like Power BI, SAP BI, and Xactly to streamline processes
- Maintaining the team’s excellent reputation by delivering high-quality, accurate work
- Assisting with wider regional accounting tasks as needed
About You:
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- A background in finance, accounting, or business operation
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. D365, SAP)
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Great communication skills and confidence presenting data to senior stakeholders
- A collaborative and proactive mindset
