We are currently seeking an experienced and self-motivated Product Manager – LED Lighting to join our team. This key role will focus on the development and management of our LED Lighting portfolio and contribute to the success of new product introductions and ongoing product lifecycle management.

Role Overview

As Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing the product roadmap for our LED Lighting category. You will collaborate with internal teams across sourcing, product development, R&D, sales, marketing, operations, and quality, as well as engage with our Far East manufacturing partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and manage the product roadmap, including all New Product Introduction (NPI) projects.
• Conduct ongoing market analysis to understand trends and opportunities within the LED Lighting sector.
• Coordinate the creation and management of product documentation such as pricing, packaging, user manuals, data sheets, labels, and sales support materials.
• Deliver internal product training and presentations to sales and commercial teams.
• Support customer meetings and visits alongside the sales and marketing teams.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date product data within the internal Product Information Management (PIM) system and across customer new line forms.
• Support all aspects of the product lifecycle, from concept through to product discontinuation.
• Maintain a current understanding of industry standards and best practices through continuous professional development.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess a strong combination of technical knowledge and commercial acumen, with the ability to manage multiple projects within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications and Experience:

• A degree in Product Management, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Ideally 2–3 years’ experience in a product management role within the electrical distribution or similar sector.
• Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external partners.
