The responsibilities of this role are:
- Leadership of the production packing area.
- Open and clear communication and measurement of the KPIs in all areas.
- Full responsibility for HSE, driving a positive culture across operations.
- To identify opportunities and drive improvements, encouraging others to develop a continuous improvement mindset.
- Ensure all areas work to the current high quality and technical standards.
- Reporting to and supporting the Head of Operations.
