Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, focusing on delivering tailored solutions that meet business needs. Using deep understanding of SAP, solution design, implementation, and post-deployment optimisation. Responsible for gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions.
Will support and may build out solution designs, so Project Management experience would be useful.
Accountabilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements.
- Design, document, and implement business solutions that align with strategic goals.
- Work closely with technical teams to translate business needs into functional specifications.
- Oversee solution delivery from conception through post-deployment, ensuring timely and efficient outcomes.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide ongoing support post-launch.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
- SAP Experience in OTC or SCM is required.
- Experience working with 3rd parties and has project experience.
- Proven experience in business analysis, solution design, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience with software delivery methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.
Preferred Experience:
- Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.
- Background in IT, software development, or system implementation.
