Working Hours: Full-time, 5 days per week (Friday to Tuesday)

Training: 4-5 full days per week (Monday to Friday) for the first three weeks

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct inventory inspections and maintain accurate records of stock levels.
  • Perform data entry and ensure all documentation is precise and up-to-date.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and team members, providing high-quality service at all times.
  • Handle key responsibilities, including securing and managing stock.
  • Maintain a strong attention to detail when recording and reporting information.
  • Stay on your feet throughout the shift and comfortably handle physical tasks.
  • Participate in a comprehensive training programme during the first three weeks, working 4-5 full days from Monday to Friday.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., retail, hospitality, service industry).
  • Demonstrated attention to detail through work or study (e.g., accountancy, chemistry, IT, proofreading).
  • Previous experience in a position of trust (e.g., key holder, cash handling).
  • Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
  • Willingness to work full-time hours, including during the summer period.
  • Physically fit and able to perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Comfortable committing to the role for the entire summer period.

  • Location Requirement: Must be based in London (within the M25, preferably inside tube zone 4).
  • Holiday Plans: No long holiday plans during the summer period. We have a holiday blackout list and will prioritise candidates without extended breaks.
