Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, build, and optimise paid media campaigns across Google (Search, Display, Video, Shopping, Performance Max) and Meta Ads
  • Manage monthly ad budgets exceeding £100,000
  • Analyse performance data and make strategic recommendations
  • Collaborate with creative and SEO teams to enhance cross-channel performance
  • Provide clear, data-driven reports on campaign performance and ROI
  • Stay up to date with platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry trends

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years in paid media with experience managing large budgets
  • Proven success delivering performance at scale on Google and Meta
  • Solid understanding of attribution models, tracking, and conversion optimisation
  • Familiarity with how SEO complements paid strategy
  • Proficient in Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, GA4, and Tag Manager
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
