The Privacy Manager will support various elements of OSI Systems, Inc.’This primarily remote position reports to the Corporate Compliance Director based in the UK. While the role is largely remote, the Privacy Manager may be required to travel to various offices periodically for specific meetings, events, and investigations. Ensure OSI’s compliance program aligns with applicable privacy laws, industry standards, policies, and regulations across all OSI divisions (Security, Medical, and Optoelectronics). Drive ongoing privacy compliance activities within OSI Divisions and across other corporate functions, including conducting privacy assessments (such as DPIAs), designing privacy compliance policies, supporting IT Security and Data Flows, frameworks and controls, visiting OSI facilities, and delivering training. Conduct Data Inventory and Data Minimization Audits. Draft, negotiate, and review Data Processing Agreements. Monitor industry best practices, rules, regulations, and guidance to help OSI maintain compliance and strategic alignment. Minimum of 5 years of privacy experience within a global company in legal or compliance. Bachelor’s Degree or qualifications in a privacy-related industry. Privacy and data protection laws, including the EU GDPR and local laws in the EMEA region. Experience implementing and monitoring privacy-related policies and procedures. Proficiency in additional languages (including German, Italian, or Spanish) is an asset. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
