As a Head of Supply Chain & Operations, you would be joining the leadership team and making a real impact in a fast-paced, purpose-driven company. You’ll have the chance to shape and scale their global supply chain, optimise operations, and champion sustainability, all while working with a talented, passionate team.
About the role:
- Develop and execute a scalable, efficient supply chain strategy for UK and international markets.
- Manage procurement, supplier relationships, and inventory to optimise costs.
- Oversee innovation delivery and new supplier selection.
- Embed sustainable supply chain practices with complete transparency.
- Champion supply chain and operational excellence within the organisation.
- Streamline production, warehousing, and logistics for D2C and retail operations.
- Lead demand planning, forecasting, and order fulfilment.
- Build and maintain a robust distribution network for on-time delivery.
- Reduce costs in freight, warehousing, and delivery without compromising quality.
- Build and grow a world-class supply chain and operations team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
About you:
- 7+ years of experience working within supply chain and operations, including experience working in senior leadership roles, ideally in FMCG or high-growth environments.
- Expertise in supply chain optimisation and working with ERP systems
- Strong analytical and strategic abilities
- Passion for sustainability
- Adaptability in high-growth settings
- Passion for people management with excellent leadership skills
