We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to lead our sales departments, drive revenue growth, and develop strategic plans that align with the company’s business objectives. This role requires strong leadership, deep market understanding, and a proven track record in managing high-performing sales teams. This role reports directly into the CEO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate objectives and revenue targets.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team to meet and exceed KPIs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Analyze sales metrics to identify opportunities, trends, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to optimize the customer journey.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior leadership.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train top sales talent.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 7+ years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems and data-driven sales strategy.
