We’re looking for a Project Manager / Client Success Lead to keep projects moving, clients happy, and the team focused. This isn’t a corporate PM role—it’s hands-on, fast-moving, and all about clear comms, good judgment, and staying one step ahead.
You’ll manage client communication, scope tasks clearly, keep our unlimited design/dev pipeline flowing, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks.
What you’ll do:
- Act as the main point of contact for clients
- Translate client requests into clear tasks for the design/dev team
- Prioritise work across multiple ongoing projects (unlimited plan style)
- Run async updates or calls with clients to keep things aligned
- Spot scope creep or delays early and address them
- Keep everything organised in Notion and Slack
Must-haves:
- 2–4 years of experience managing web or digital projects
- Great communicator—written and verbal
- Strong grasp of web design/dev processes (especially Figma + Webflow handoffs)
- Proactive—doesn’t wait for instructions, finds solutions
- Detail-oriented but flexible with fast-moving priorities
- Comfortable in a fully remote async environment
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience in an agency or similar client-facing environment
- Familiarity with Webflow and design tools like Figma
