We’re looking for  experienced, home-based B2B sales reps to help us grow our UK customer base across some of the most exciting sectors out there.

What You’ll Be Selling

This isn’t stock pulled off a shelf. Every Clifton order is  fully custom — fabrics, fits, linings, embroidery, you name it. From  premium hoodies to  blazers, rugby shirts, and polos , our kit is designed from scratch, made to order, and quality-controlled by real humans who care. We offer:

  • Men’s and women’s sizing
  • Fast turnaround and small MOQs
  • Exceptional design and account management support
  • Standout service from sketch to doorstep

Who You’ll Be Selling To

You’ll be responsible for  sourcing leads, building relationships, and closing sales across these client types:

  • Schools & Universities – leavers’ hoodies, sports kits, and international programs
  • University Societies & Tours – rowing clubs, sports tours, societies
  • Sports Clubs – local clubs, charity teams, national governing bodies
  • Marketing Agencies – campaign merch, client gifting, branded event wear
  • Media & Tech Companies – internal merch, teamwear, offsites
  • Startups & Challenger Brands – culture-led, design-savvy teams
  • Event & Experience Organisers – corporate away days, charity events, travel companies
  • Hospitality & Venue Groups – from boutique hotels to private clubs
  • Military Regiments & Units – alternative mess dress, casual kit, unit pridewear

Who We’re Looking For

This is  not a graduate or entry-level role – you’ll need the confidence and experience to get stuck in and own your pipeline. We want someone who’s:

  • Experienced in B2B sales , ideally with custom products, apparel, or merchandise
  • Proactive and ambitious – someone who actually enjoys picking up the phone
  • Flexible and resourceful – you’ll adapt to whatever the brief (or client) throws at you
  • Personable and human – you don’t need to fake charm when it’s built-in
  • Comfortable working from home , managing your own day-to-day
  • Hungry for results , not just activity

You’ll be supported with sales tools, product training, and a genuinely great team who believe in what they’re building.

Salary & Commission

We offer a strong package that rewards both consistency and ambition:

  • Base Salary: GBP £28,000 – £35,000(based on experience)
  • Commission: 7.5% on all new business, uncapped
  • OTE: GBP £50,000 – £65,000+
  • Additional quarterly bonuses for high-performers
  • Support: Product training, sales materials, sample kits
