The Team

The Worldwide Invention team at Mindshare drives creativity & innovation in and beyond media by excelling in culture, community, and innovation. Through a balance of deep expertise and creative thinking, we guide our clients to think outside of the box, using channels and mechanics that drive growth beyond their existing realms of focus. We don’t just create campaigns—we craft experiences that spark conversations, inspire action, and leave lasting impressions.

The Role

As a Creative Strategist, you’ll be the ultimate idea alchemist—taking raw data, cultural insights, and audience behaviours and transforming them into groundbreaking creative concepts. You’ll be the bridge between client briefs and creative output, combining creativity, design, and production to develop innovative, tech-driven solutions for projects.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Generate boundary-pushing, media-agnostic creative ideas that work across various platforms.
  • Partner with clients’ creative agencies to translate high-level concepts into actionable, media-driven ideas.
  • Develop creative strategies for various Unilever Food/Nutrition brands.
  • Review, refine, and elevate creative briefs for media and tech partners.
  • Lead or attend media partner briefings.
  • Help identify production partners and direct them from ideation to implementation stage.
  • Work with Unilever Food/Nutrition category client leads and strategy teams to uncover creative media opportunities.

Your skillset spans the entire process—from ideation to conception, design, and execution. You have a strong copywriting background and know how to communicate effectively with clients.
