Azure Cloud Systems Engineer – Azure & M365, Exchange Online, SharePoint Azure Cloud Systems Engineer with experience of working with Microsoft Azure Cloud technologies and Microsoft application suites (O365, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Databases and Storage), is needed to support our client. The Azure Cloud Systems Engineer will be responsible for the maintenance and support of the organisations Azure and M365 environment which comprises of IaaS, PaaS and SaaS systems. The role will also support the organisations on-premise infrastructure. Azure Cloud Systems Engineer – Azure & M365-, Exchange Online, SharePoint- Essential Experience Microsoft Azure Cloud experience with extensive knowledge of the Microsoft application suites such as O365, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Databases and Storage. Ability to identify and introduce improvements to the service’s and applications, keeping systems updated. Provide training and documentation for service transition from project into support as required, promoting best practice. Experience of working with data, security and privacy, to improving security, governance and data quality. Experience of managing production support queue, providing accurate resolutions to all requests and enquiries within defined SLAs.
