Nursery Assistants Required for Local Nurseries around Leeds

About the role:

At Engage Education, we’re currently looking for an enthusiastic Nursery Assistants to work on a bank staff basis for nurseries in and around Leeds. Even though this may start off on a bank staff basis, full time, long term and permanent options may be a potential as well once you have worked at the nurseries on a temporary basis. All applicants must be available immediately.

Level 3 EYFS/Childcare qualifications or above will be an advantage however experience within a UK nursery setting within the last 2 years is also sufficient.

Our nursery assistants’ duties can include:

Working with small groups of Nursery aged children
Providing intervention support
1:1 support for Nursery students

The ideal applicant will have:

Some experience working with Nursery children or in a school
A real passion for education and improving the attainment of pupils
Bags of creativity for stimulating and engaging pupils
Level 2 or 3 EYFS / Childcare qualification – desired but not essential
