Exciting opportunity for a Revit Technologist or Technician to go client-side – join a growing team in Central London! We’re on the lookout for talented Revit Technologists or Technicians / Technical Architects ready to make the jump into a dynamic client-side role! If you’re an experienced architect with a passion for high-end, luxury projects, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. You’ll work directly with the owner of several prestigious properties in Central London to help bring to life four 5-star luxury hotels and three high-end restaurants.
What’s on offer? You’ll become a key member of a small, high-caliber team with a hands-on approach to project delivery. The role offers the chance to be involved in every aspect of these ambitious projects, from design through to delivery. You’ll help guide the development of:
- Two hotels in Stage 3
- One hotel in Stage 4
- One hotel in Stage 5
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the client’s representative, leading the project delivery across design, execution, and completion
- Collaborate closely with the property owner and the end-user management team to ensure that the operational requirements and design vision are seamlessly integrated
- Oversee the design delivery and manage relationships with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders
- Play a crucial role in ensuring projects stay on track, on budget, and meet the highest standards of quality
What we’re looking for:
- Technicians with an AJ100 background, ideally with a strong design sensibility and proven delivery experience
- Expertise in Revit is essential for this role – detailing experience is also a must
- A passion for luxury projects and a drive to be part of a start-up venture with significant potential for growth and innovation
- Experience or an interest in acting as the client’s representative, overseeing the project from design through to site execution
