Well established and trusted health and wellness business, who are going from strength to strength. Starting within the pharmacy space, they have broadened into Grocery and have achieved double digit growth. With a science first approach, the business is a very credible brand and has a loyal consumer base, producing high quality products that add real value to the lives of their customers.
They are now looking to hire a new Senior National Account Manager to join their growing sales team. The Senior National Account Manager will take ownership of key Grocery and High Street Pharmacy accounts. Responsibilities include:
- Building relationships with your account base, being the first point of contact and working to drive sales.
- Working closely with financial data, market trends and competitor analysis – you will be comfortable with data.
- Reporting on sales weekly and monthly, sharing findings with the wider team.
- Being P&L responsible for your accounts, managing budgets and forecasting on sales.
- Collaborating with the wider team – most notably sales, operations and marketing, including supporting the marketing team with activations.
- Having knowledge of key competitors and overall dynamics of the FMCG sector.
We are looking for a confident, experienced Sales candidate, who is operating at National Account Manager level. The ideal candidate will have some line management experience and can evidence success in growing key accounts, delivering JBPs and range reviews. Hybrid working – expect 1-2 days a week based in Hampshire.
