Client: Well established and trusted health and wellness business, who are going from strength to strength. Starting within the pharmacy space, they have broadened into Grocery and have achieved double digit growth. With a science first approach, the business is a very credible brand and has a loyal consumer base, producing high quality products that add real value to the lives of their customers.

The role: The Senior National Account Manager will take ownership of key Grocery and High Street Pharmacy accounts. Build relationships with your account base, being the first point of contact and working to drive sales. Manage 2 direct reports. Identify any new business opportunities and ensure you are meeting business KPIs. Work closely with financial data, market trends and competitor analysis – you will be comfortable with data. Report on sales weekly and monthly, sharing findings with the wider team. Be P&L responsible for your accounts, managing budgets and forecasting on sales. Collaborate with the wider team – most notably sales, operations and marketing, including supporting the marketing team with activations. Finally, the Senior National Account Manager will have knowledge of key competitors and overall dynamics of the FMCG sector.

Ideal candidate: We are looking for a confident, experienced Sales candidate, who is operating at National Account Manager level. Will ideally have some line management experience. Will have experience across Grocery or High Street Pharmacy already. Can evidence success growing key accounts, delivering JBPs and range reviews.
