I am partnered with a high-growth SaaS organisation in the Energy sector who are growing their in-house transformation office. They are looking for a Change Manager to join their 'Ways of Working' workstream to be a process design SME. This team focuses on how the business interacts with their owner and their customers.
The role will include understanding existing processes and creating solutions to optimise them, conducting change impact assessments, and mapping the transition to new ways of working.
Requirements:- Consulting or change management experience
- 5 - 10 years of experience
- In-depth knowledge of business processes - more of a focus on business processes in a tech company rather than tech processes
- People change experience
- Experience in energy/utilities/telco
- Experience in a SaaS B2B business in an internal-facing improvement role
- At least 3 days working from home a week
- A few days a month in Windsor
- A few days a month in Nottingham
- Pay reviews annually linked to performance
