Mission: As its core, our mission is to empower our partners to engage with talent across Europe. We manage bespoke marketing campaigns across Europe, with over 250+ people on the ground promoting world-leading brands in sports, fashion, retail, engineering & science. As a field marketing manager, you will be actively working on ensuring the field marketing part of these campaigns is delivered, getting high value for clients and a great ROI. You will work closely with our lead on European marketing to deliver the campaigns.

- Outstanding Delivery and Strategies on Marketing Campaigns: Develop and implement comprehensive field marketing strategies that achieve outstanding results for our clients.

- Maximise Campaign Performance: Utilize data analytics to monitor the performance of campaigns, identifying areas of high performance to increase spend and maximize return on investment for clients.
- Data-Driven Insights for Client Engagement: Employ Excel and other data tools to ensure that the target audience is accurately identified and engaged, creating detailed reports for internal review and client presentation.
