We are on the lookout for a creative and experienced Senior Ladies Accessories Designer to join a growing friendly team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Designer with a strong passion for fashion and a sharp eye for detail, especially within the accessories space. You will be working across women’s accessories and will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You’ll work directly with fashion-forward customers and global factories to bring innovative concepts to life, from initial sketch to final product. This role is based in London and offers hybrid working with one day from home.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the wider design team to conceptualise and develop collections of ladies accessories.
  • Stay ahead of trends through regular market research and competitor analysis, translating insights into commercially viable designs.
  • Produce precise technical drawings and detailed design specs to support the manufacturing process.
  • Collaborate closely with overseas factories, ensuring high-quality production and on-time deliveries.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their brand identity and tailoring designs to their specific needs.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of materials, components, and construction methods relevant to accessory design.

  • Experience in accessories design, with a portfolio that highlights strong work.
  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other relevant design tools.
