Overview: Oversee the sales and distribution activities of the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals.
  • Direct sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly.
  • Review market analysis to determine customer needs, price schedules, and discount rates.
  • Assign sales territory to sales representatives.
  • Represent the company at trade association meetings and events to promote products.
  • Deliver sales presentations to key clients in coordination with sales representatives.
  • Meet with key clients, assisting sales representatives with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
  • Analyze and control expenditures of the division to conform to budgetary requirements.
  • Monitor and evaluate the activities and products of the competition.
  • Ensure CRM software is up to date.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing or Business preferred.
  • Five to seven years of previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and transportation to make customer visits.
  • Basic computer skills required: Outlook email, Word, Excel.
  • Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally on the telephone and in person.
