Are you a Strategic HR Business Partner with a Tech sector background? Considerable experience of working across the EMEA region and used to partnering with Sales teams? We’re looking for a Senior HR Business Partner for our client; an innovative and successful global Tech business looking to strengthen their EMEA HR team. This role is pivotal in helping to create a culture that allows teams to thrive and their people to operate at their best.

Working closely with senior sales leaders you’ll deliver on a range of People activities encompassing performance, engagement, talent and succession planning. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring the right people are in the right roles in the right structure, optimal for driving business success
  • Advising and coaching leaders utilising data driven insights on all aspects of HR from talent management through to reward
  • Coaching and building manager capability
  • Managing any complex employee relations issues
  • Offering guidance on local employment laws across the EMEA region
  • Collaborating on the employee engagement agenda
  • Engaging and partnering with talent acquisition on hiring activity

They’re looking for a true business partner who enjoys working closely with senior leaders to help build high-performing teams across the EMEA region, fostering a culture of continuous development. Someone with a broad generalist HR knowledge, who can identify and recommend pragmatic solutions. You’ll be passionate about people, have a natural coaching style and enjoy making an impact on a business’s culture and success.

The ideal candidate profile will include:

  • A strong track record of HR Business Partnering gained within a global tech business supporting organisational design and development
  • Experience of working within a 'Centre of Excellence HR structure'; utilising their specialist programmes and expertise to support your client group
  • Previous experience of working with sales teams across the EMEA region
  • Ability to build credible relationships with senior stakeholders, really understanding their business area and people challenges
  • Highly perceptive, commercially savvy and a trusted advisor

This is a great place to work, the business is growing and there is plenty of potential and scope to grow within this role. Salary up to £85k. Remote working with occasional travel to London and Europe.
