Are you an experienced Technical Recruiter with a passion for sourcing top talent in a fast-paced, innovative environment? We’re partnering with a global leader in digital technology and consumer devices, seeking a driven recruiter to join their expanding London-based team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work across a portfolio of cutting-edge Devices & Services teams, playing a key role in hiring for high-impact technical positions.

As part of a collaborative recruitment function, you’ll take ownership of the end-to-end hiring process, from strategic sourcing and talent pipelining to delivering a world-class candidate experience. Your insights and ideas will directly influence process improvements and recruitment strategy across the region.

What you’ll be doing:

1. Acting as the primary recruitment partner for one or more technical business units
2. Driving proactive sourcing strategies and engaging high-quality technical talent
3. Managing full-cycle recruitment while meeting tight deadlines
4. Advising hiring teams on best practices, candidate experience, and market insights
5. Delivering an exceptional service to internal stakeholders and candidates alike
6. Continuously improving recruitment processes and performance metrics

What we’re looking for:

1. Proven experience in technical recruitment, either in-house or agency side
2. Strong track record in managing multiple roles, projects, and stakeholder relationships
3. Skilled in sourcing techniques, market mapping, and candidate engagement
4. Comfortable using applicant tracking systems, sourcing platforms, and spreadsheets
5. Excellent communication, prioritisation, and organisational abilities
6. A collaborative approach with a proactive, service-driven mindset
