Elevation Recruitment Group is working with a leading building products manufacturing company who, due to significant growth, are looking to recruit multiple Field Technical Support Engineers to join their expanding field installations team that covers the UK.

Location: North London - Home Based, travelling throughout the area

Salary: £34,000 to £38,000 + bonus c £8,000 pa OTE £46k pa

The Field Technical Support Engineer will have a strong technical background and hands-on experience of the installation process and troubleshooting.

We are keen to speak with Field Technical Support Engineers with the following:

  • Knowledge of installation process and troubleshooting (composite doors, windows, garage doors considered)
  • Experience of working and communicating remotely promoting team collaboration
  • Experience of performance monitoring and auditing
  • Experience of developing work procedures
