Director, Customer Account Manager

Job Title: Account Director Location: Central London, hybrid I am working with one of the world\’s leading Global Production Agencies, who are now on the hunt for a dynamic Account Director to elevate the team further and drive their exciting new clients & projects forward. The Account Director role is crucial for supporting government departments and public sector organisations in creating marketing campaign assets across various formats. This position involves overseeing operational delivery, ensuring quality service, and building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a background in project management, a clear understanding of creative agency processes, and a focus on exceeding client expectations. Additionally, they will be involved in global campaigns, adapting to diverse market needs while developing strategic, long-term solutions for clients\’ brands. They have an office based in Central London and can offer hybrid working with 3 days in office and 2 day working from home a week. Salary-wise they can offer between £60,000 – £70,000, depending on background and experience.
