Job Purpose: To drive business growth by managing and developing commercial insurance accounts, building strong client relationships, and delivering tailored insurance solutions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target new commercial insurance prospects, building and maintaining a strong pipeline.
  • Manage the process of broking new business, ensuring smooth onboarding of clients.
  • Handle existing client renewals, focusing on building long-term relationships and maintaining high retention rates.
  • Collaborate with account handlers to ensure efficient management of client accounts.
