We\’re looking for passionate individuals to join our talented team of approx. 300 AnyVanners in our London and Cape Town offices. We\’re looking for a Brand Campaign Manager , to shape and drive forward meaningful campaigns that help us launch new markets, reach more customers, and help drive conversion. This role will ensure that our message finds the right customer at the right time. Reporting into the Head of Brand you will bring a huge level of customer curiosity and cross-channel campaign expertise into the team.

What you\’ll be doing:

  • Identify key moments in the year for our campaign calendar, aligning customer insights with our company roadmap.
  • Devise and deliver creative and inspiring seasonal campaigns that cut across all marketing channels and target the right audience.
  • Work with all areas of marketing and product, ensure that the teams are coordinated for any major go-to-market initiative, and there is brand consistency end-to-end.
  • Lead our PR and influencer channel activity, generating and implementing campaigns that support our local marketing strategy.
  • Contribute towards campaign ideas, as well as brief and feedback on creative with customer insight and brand expertise.
  • Ensure everything we build has a path to scale internationally – we always look to work in ways that can scale, from our creative executions to activation plans.
  • Develop a close understanding of the marketing channels we have, how to utilise them in your campaigns, but also the type of content that gets the most out of them.
  • Work closely with our finance, data and analytics teams, ensure that all brand activities and investments are measurable against incremental revenue.

What you\’ll need to succeed:

  • Solid experience with direct-to-consumer tech businesses. Bonus points if you\’ve worked in a scale-up.
  • Deep understanding of full-funnel brand marketing and natural storytelling chops.
  • Broad marketing channel exposure, with hands-on experience in PR and influencer marketing.
  • Deep knowledge of measuring campaigns against commercial goals and understanding the impact on revenue.
  • Fantastic project management skills, balancing organisation and speed of execution across multiple campaigns at the same time.
  • The ability to collaborate and influence – you’ll need to gain buy-in from, and manage relationships with multiple stakeholders across the business.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate your ideas and explain complex subjects in simple terms.
  • A hands-on, can-do attitude. You’re someone who’s self-motivated, embraces responsibility and knows how to drive results.
  • The ability to commute to our offices in Hammersmith at least 3 days a week.
