Vaisto Recruitment is working in Partnership with a leading Northwest accountancy practice in their search for an Accounts Director / Partner to join their established Liverpool office.  This is a newly created role which will work alongside the Partners, to support the firms continued growth and development.    The ideal candidate will be a Director, or experienced Senior Manager ready to take a step up.  Extensive experience in general practice is essential, together with strong management skills / the ability to lead and motivate a team.   Accounts / General Practice – Director / Partner Key Responsibilities:  ·Overall responsibility for a client portfolio, developing key client relationships and championing excellence in client service ·Ensuring work is completed in a timely manner to the expected high standards through successful management and delegation to managers and the wider team ·Collaborating closely with the Partners in business development and networking opportunities Accounts / General Practice Director / Partner – Essential Skills and Experience:– Proven experience in managing a client portfolio at Senior Manager or Director level within an accounting practice. – Demonstrable success in business development and client acquisition. – Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to mentor and guide a team. – Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring effective client relations. – A professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).   Accounts / General Practice Director / Partner Benefits:  ·An opportunity to make this newly created role your own, with unrivalled opportunity for progression ·Flexible working ·Generous holiday entitlements and wider benefits package
