Our client, a global pharmaceutical business are seeking a Part-Time Legal Counsel to join their team. This is a unique chance to be part of a mission-driven business, playing a key role in supporting strategic growth and ensuring regulatory compliance.

What You’ll Do:

✔ Review and manage contracts related to pharmaceutical distribution, marketing, and vendor relationships

✔ Provide legal counsel on compliance matters and industry regulations

✔ Attend monthly leadership meetings and offer strategic input

✔ Help shape internal SOPs to support legal and operational excellence

✔ Work closely with the Western Europe legal team on cross-border issues

✔ Support product launches and licensing deals from a legal perspective

✔ Advise on general corporate legal matters as needed

What You’ll Bring:

✅ UK legal qualification and right to practice

✅ Strong knowledge of UK and EU pharmaceutical regulations, particularly the ABPI Code of Practice

✅ At least 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare law

✅ Strong knowledge of UK and EU pharmaceutical regulations

✅ Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills

✅ Confidence working independently and collaborating across teams
