Supply Chain Administrator

Ready to take your organisation skills to the next level? We’re looking for a Supply Chain Administrator to join our growing team and play a vital role in supporting our Procurement function. Reporting to the Supply Chain Team Leader, you’ll help keep our supply chain running smoothly by providing accurate, timely administrative support – from managing purchase orders to maintaining supplier communications.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Raise and manage purchase orders using our ERP system (IFS)
- Communicate with suppliers to confirm order details, lead times, and delivery schedules
- Maintain accurate procurement and supplier records
- Track outstanding orders and chase updates to ensure timely delivery
- Support contract execution and ensure compliance with procurement policies
- Prepare reports and assist with supply chain documentation
- Provide general administrative support to the Procurement team
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in a procurement, purchasing, or supply chain admin role
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Confident communicator with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Comfortable working with ERP systems (experience with IFS is a bonus)
- Strong attention to detail and a team-player mindset
