What Will You Be Doing?
- Client Engagement: Lead workshops and client meetings, providing expert guidance through complex transformations and ensuring clients get the most from their Workday HCM solution.
- End-to-End Delivery: Take ownership of smaller workstreams, managing offshore teams to deliver successful Workday HCM Cloud transformations, from design through to deployment.
- Solution Development: Collaborate with clients to design and implement best-practice, tailored solutions that improve business processes and increase operational efficiency.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and collaborate with offshore teams, driving successful project outcomes and client satisfaction.
What Will You Need?
- Workday Core HCM certification (required).
- Hands-on experience in implementing at least one Workday HCM module in a consulting capacity.
- Strong project management skills with experience leading workstreams and offshore teams.
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate with client teams, delivering high-quality solutions to complex challenges.
- Awareness of key delivery methodologies and emerging trends in cloud-based technology.
