We are looking for an entrepreneurial Senior Category Manager– Electrical Health & Beauty working within categories such Personal Grooming (Electric shavers & razors),Beauty Tech(Facial cleansing brushes & Face steamers) or Health & Wellbeing(Massagers & Thermometers)

The roles & responsibilities of this Senior Category Manager– Electrical Health & Beauty role –

• Built and managed strong supplier relationships to ensure access to high-quality, competitive product offerings.
• Product assortment, providing the best selection of items for consumers at the best price.
• Lead purchasing and sales activity for the product category, including Electric shavers, razors, Facial cleansing brushes, Face steamers, Massagers, Thermometers etc.
• Developed and execute category strategies for high-SKU-count ranges.
• Business development with brands and suppliers, bringing the leading brands on board and exclusive promotions.
• Analyse category and supplier performance using key metrics to identify sourcing gaps and develop strategies for continuous improvement.
• Negotiate pricing and cost efficiencies to enhance gross profit margins.
• Collaborated closely with international supply chain teams to ensure resource availability and operational alignment.

The qualifications of this Senior Category Manager– Electrical Health & Beauty role –

• Ideally having experience as Category, Senior Category Buying, Senior Buying or Head of Buying
• Strong category or buying experience within retail or eCommerce.
• We are looking for various positions but needing candidates within between 8 – 10 + years’ experience.
• We are looking for people with passion for their category & can really own, develop & executive the end to end range – this is where the entrepreneurial spirt is needed!
• This is a high growth business, so need people who are hands on, available and thrive in a fast-paced environment where decision happen quickly.
• You must have experience in consumer electronics or related categories mentioned.
• Deep understanding of consumers, with strong market insights and proven purchasing expertise.
• Established supplier relationships within the household appliance network in the UK.
• Exceptional analytical abilities and logical thinking.
