What you will be doing:
- Gaining experience in a variety of People Consulting specialisms, such as change management, communications, HR transformation, talent management, diversity, equity and inclusion, learning, and workforce analytics.
- Working in project teams to help clients solve people-related problems and implement people-related solutions.
- Your day-to-day activities will vary depending on your project.
- Conducting research and analysing data to develop commercially sound recommendations.
- Supporting workshops and contributing to reports, presentations and other deliverables.
- Travelling around and outside of the UK if the project calls for it.
- Contributing to developing our practice and on business development by helping with proposals.

You will, however, need to be working towards an honours degree in any subject, have a minimum of grade 4/C GCSE (or equivalent) in English Language and Maths, or in your home language if you do not hold English Language GCSE, and three A-levels/Five Highers (or equivalent) to be eligible to apply.
