We have an excellent opportunity for two Major Gifts Managers working for a leading disability charity, reporting to the Senior Philanthropy Manager. As part of this role, you will take the lead in achieving the team’s annual income targets by securing single and multi-year donations from major donors and philanthropists, and developing long-term donor support in line with the charity’s fundraising strategy and priorities.

This role will allow you to thrive on developing creative approaches to achieve team income targets whilst providing excellent, engaging stewardship and cultivation planning for donors.

To be successful as the Major Gifts Manager, you will need:

  • Proven experience and success in securing 5-figure gifts from high value individuals.
  • Strong relationship building skills, and confidence communicating with a variety of high net-worth supporters.
  • An understanding of charities and the voluntary sector and the role played in helping people disadvantaged in society.
