A highly regarded, independent property consultancy in Preston is looking to appoint an experienced Associate Director or Director level Building Surveyor to strengthen its well-established Building Consultancy team. Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering a broad range of building surveying services including technical due diligence, dilapidations, defect diagnosis, and building pathology
- Managing and overseeing project management and contract administration duties

- Building and maintaining trusted client relationships
- Supporting business development and mentoring junior staff
