About the Role
Our client is seeking to appoint an experienced Legal Executive to join their friendly and professional property team. As this is a boutique firm, team fit will be essential. In this role you will be focused on property transactions, while serving an existing client base. As well as residential property, the role could also involve some commercial and sub-division property transactions. You will be given a good degree of autonomy, while undertaking an interesting and varied range of property transactions. There will also be numerous opportunities for direct client contact.

Our client is a boutique property firm with a small and friendly office. They are a close-knit unit and pride themselves on their first-class customer service. They work hard when required, but also like to have fun – with relaxing drinks on Friday, plus occasional planned social events. As a valued member of this team you will be treated as an individual, who will have a life and family outside of work.
Your Previous Experience
Essential to the role is a solid grounding in residential property matters, with good experience in running files from start to finish. It would also be advantageous if you also had a knowledge of commercial and sub-division property transactions. You will be an enthusiastic and diligent individual who has both the initiative and competence to work autonomously, but also have the interpersonal skills required to thrive within this friendly team.
You will be a Legal Executive who:
- Is capable of handling property transactions autonomously;
- Has advanced abilities in reviewing and reporting on LIMs;
- Can provide outstanding client service in a friendly and professional manner.
It would also be an advantage to have experience in, or knowledge of, commercial and sub-division property transactions.
