Security Patrollers play a key part in our success, taking pride in providing exceptional service to all passengers and other airport users whilst working safely and efficiently to provide reassurance, deterrence, detection and response. The Security Patroller role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, whilst maintaining a high standard of security and protection.
The Security Patrol team operates in all Terminal landside areas around Heathrow Airport and undertakes Security patrols both inside and outside of the terminal building. This role involves frequent face-to-face contact with internal stakeholders, passengers, third parties, control authorities and other airport operating companies. The role also requires you to be on your feet either walking or standing for long periods of time.
