Network & OSS Domain Expert (TM Forum / Ethernet) – Suffolk, UK

We are seeking a Network and OSS Domain SME with TM Forum process knowledge to conduct a process maturity assessment for a UK-based client on a 6-12 months contract (hybrid working).

The focus will be on Ethernet, Core, and Power network domains, evaluating current processes and developing a roadmap toward Autonomous Network capabilities and future automation.

Skills & Experience:

• Expertise in Network and OSS (Operations Support Systems) domains
• TM Forum process knowledge (industry standards and frameworks)
• Familiarity with Ethernet, Core, and Power network domains
• Ability to assess current ("as-is") process maturity
• Experience creating roadmaps for Autonomous Networks and network automation
